Painful lump/nodule on inner thigh

Evening all, just realised through the course of the day an irritation on the inside thigh of my left leg, after having a look now there is a smallish pointed lump/nodule that is very sore and sensitive to touch, and feels firm when pressed. Any ideas?

  • Could be Hidradenitis Suppurative. I was just diagnosed after YEARS of thinking these were ingrown hairs.
