I am 30yrs old and have had gout before..recently I have had constant pain n my foot..my foot is swollen around the ankle and occasionally wake up with the feeling of a broken ankle...I have been having sharp stabbing pain in my big toe and reoccuring pain throughout my entire foot..I'm not sure if this is gout related but would like to know what is causing this excrusiating pain in my foot...any help??
