For the past few weeks I have had pain in my right breast. I am really worried. I haven't gone to the doctor. I started going to the gym a few months ago and I recently came off the pill. I am 24. There are no lumps or no swelling. I some times get pain under my right arm as well.

  • i have the same its best to get it checked out but it sounds like it masttalgia the fact that you are comeing off the pil means that your hormone levels have changed and this can cause breast pain. i have pain in my right breast and it spread to my underarm. there are a couple of undefined lumps but after a sound wave screening it was shwon that they were normal tissue and i just have mastalgia. ive been told to take starflower or primrose oil. you need to take 230-320 mg of gla so i take one starflower oil tablet as they contain 210 and 1 primrose as they only contain 28 you can buy these tablets from boots and you take them for i think 4 months then stop. it takes 2 months or 4 months ( i cant remember) to stop the painit is best to confirm the diagnosis with the doctor.
