Dear Dr. I have intermittent severe pain on the outer side of the region short of the joint of the little toe. Abeam the proxiamal phalanges. This is accompanied with some swelling . This happens on both the feet. I have not had any fracture in this area. I am 48 years old. Please advise. My email is rkjavelin@gmail.com. Many thanks
