I have been experiencing random irratic pains in my nails, esp left thumb. The colour seems normal as are the nails and growth, although I would say on the slow and weaker side.

I am 43, have had no major illness. Although more on the cylical tired side, I feel my periods slowing and the nails seem to hurt when I am on that hormonal rolacoaster when they hormones are maybe a little more unbalanced.

I also produce a lot of mucus at times and eliminate this via my mouth (spitting out). I have had a mucusy cold for 2 weeks now and I am xcreting a lot of mucus. Although my period this time seem very overdue, the mucus is also manifesting as vaginal excretions too. Is this menopausal symtoms?

Does anyone know if they experience this kind of symtoms and why?
