I was just released from the dr. for shoulder surgury. Rotator cuff repair on my right shoulder as a result of an auto accident. I have been lifting and doing most of my work with my lets arm. I woke up last sat. and could hardly move. My lower back hurt as well as my inner thigh, my calf and my shin. It aches bad. I went to my chiropactor and he said my hip was out of wack from using my left side more than my right which I am accustomed to do. He said my left leg was about 1 inch shorter than the right. The last few days he has been adjusting me. I have been streaching and found my wifes back massager to seem to help a little. Is it possible to pull what feels like every muscel in my leg? My inner thigh (groin mussel?) and calf mussel are sore that I have a sharp pain in them when I rub or massage them. My shin has been aching also. This just hit me all at once. Does this sound like muscels or could it be something else? any suggestions? thanks for you suggestionsReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
