Pain In Legs Chest And High Blood Presure Help Need A Doctors Advise???

HI I AM 35 MALE IVE BEEN HEALTHY ALL MY LIFE UP UNTELL THE LAST 2 MONTHS IT STARTED WITH A RAPID HEART BEAT I WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL HEART RATE OF 180 beats per minute well there they told me i had high blood preasure and did heart cat scan and lung cat scan well it showed nothing they said it was angziaty well since then ive been to the hospital 5 more times in the last 2 months i know its not angzaity i have sharp pains in my chest left side that come and go often and my legs have sharp pain that goes down them and the get real hot and in my lower legs and feet and it feels like my nerves are going out on me or my blood flow or something isnt right they did a doppler and said no clots in my legs they say well its getting worse and i got no insurance and am getting no answers been to my doctor he is saying i need speicalist well i cannt get one to take a payment plan and its getting worse and they all say the same thing i did apply for state help was turned down I was put on blood preasure medication and my blood preasure is still 160/99 it isnt helping at all this isnt getting better and im very worried my leggs are hurting badly the sharp pain and tingling is getting worse everyday if someone might have a answer of what i could have these doctors look for i would be so happy to listen PLEASE HELP Thank you all this is all come on with in the last 2 months and getting worse ER keeps telling me to go to my doctor and my doctor isnt helping cause i cannt afford all the tests. HELPPPPPP
