Ive always had pain when walking, in my big toes mainly and my heel. Some days its there some days it isnt, some days its worse than others. I was never a hugely active person when i was younger, but now im into a lot more sports and would like to try my hand at them.

It feels like pains in the joints, as my toes bend and my heel really hurts, its as if my shoes are made of concrete. What could be causing this?

I went to a doctor a while back as i have probly with my lower back and knees. She said i have very flexible joints thus making them easier to damage. I dont know if that has any affect on my toes but just thought i'd ask.
