  • try laying on a pillow on your hips having some one press on your butt under the v bone about two inches under where your hip connects to the pelive bone press down and pul twords legs if you find a spot that feels like it pulls in to the back hold it even if it is painful for just a minit the pain should ease up quickly if not let it go and look for the spot at pulls in to the leg or back the butt holds it all to gather and when it gets tite it well pull on the leg and back the pillow helps to open the muscelsso that they can be streached out if your alone and cant do this tri a tennis ball lay on it in the spot it hurts and around the area down the leg it must go deep to make muscil relaxs

  • Please ask a doctor to send you for an mri or cat scan of your whole body. I was suffering from that pain for months and months and going to hospital ended up with nothing they said is all in my head. After so much suffering found a doctor who sent me for an mri and found out I had spinal canal stinosis which needed immediate surgery. I had a laminectomy (took out a disk) and ever since no pain at all. I could not go 5 minutes without scratching the wall from pain I know what you feel dont let it go ask for further tests . Plain xtray showed normal for me.

  • many helpful remidies can be found in your kitchen. have your "partner" get some pickles and gently massage the ailling buttock muscle with the pickle jucie. and then use the pickle to work out any tight spots. the texture of the pickle works great to reduce pain.

I HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM YOU HAVE AND WAS DIAGNOISED WITH SCIATICA PAIN. IT IS ALSO ASSOCIATED WITH LOWER BACK PAIN. YOU NEED TO SEE A NEUROLOGIST OR A PAIN MANAGEMENT DOCTOR FOR YOUR PROBLEM. I HATE TO SAY THIS BUT THE PAIN WILL NOT GO AWAY BY ITSELF. I PRAY YOU WILL HEED MY ADVICE AND GET ON TO THE ROAD OF RECOVERY SOON!
