I have had a testicular pain (in both testes) for the las couple of months. I went to my urologist and he did test on everything (Chlamidya, Ghonorrea, Siphilis, HIV), urine tests, semen tests and everything went OK ! He didn't found Varicocele, Hydrocele or Epididimitis. The only thing he could find was a small cyst (3 mm.) on my right testicle, but he said it's too small to pay attention. Besides, both of my testes hurt, not only the right one where he found the cyst.
I've visited several specialist and no one can tell me what's wrong with me. Last week I did some X-rays on my back and my spine is crooked. (specially on the lower part, LIV and LV). I have a lesion in my back bones.
Could this be causing a pain in both of my testicles ?
Hope you can advice. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
Mike from Mexico City.

  • I'd think the spine could definately cause problems down there. If it's pain, it's related to the nervous system and thus, your spine. What is this lesion you speak of? You might want to have that checked out; it may be nothing at all, or it could be the beginnings of cancer (and yes, you can unfortunately get cancer there...)
