i have been in a car accident over 3 years ago. Now my arm is constantly in pain. i have been to physio and a chiropracter and nothing works. I can't lie on it or stretch it out this pain is constant and my doctor says there is nothing he can do for me. I can't even hold a cup of tea or coffee because i dont know when its going to drop. Even putting a tin of tomato soup in grocery cart hurts and at times its hard to hold on to. This is my main arm. I automatically go to use it. I can't even sleep at night because i can't get comfortable. Any help would be appreciate.

  • Skip the chiropractor. Have you seen an orthopedist (bone doctor) or a neurologist (nerve doctor)? It sounds as if you have a nerve injury. Those are the "message pathways" that tell your muscles what to do. So this could cause your hands to drop things... when the "message" is interrupted. A chiropractor is going to do NOTHING to help that. Get to a specialist and have it taken care of.
