For the past year i've noticed a bump on my backbone right between my

shoulder blades that always hurts when i get the chills or when im working

out, doing back and shoulder exercises. I got a bone graph or something

like that done and the doctors said i was fine. Are the doctors right? Do I

have nothing wrong with my back? And is there something I can do to

stop the pain?

  • Go and see an osteopath who deals with sports injury. YOu sound as though you may have a herniated disc, cyst or something. He/she can give your spine a thorough check over. all is not fine, and you definitely need a second opinion. All the best, searchingsam
