Recently I have experienced much pain with sex. Upon closer examination, I saw that I have a small red, flat bump on the inside of my vulva. It causes much burning with sex. The surrounding area is also red and sensitive. I can only make an appointment with my gynecologist in April.
Has anyone ever had similar symptoms? Please help.

  • Yeah, only millions....you're crazy to wait until April. It could be herpes or hpv...by then, you'll need a blood test to determine if you have herpes. If the red bump doesn't go away, then it's something else. You may need to get on an antiviral right away and make your boyfriend get a blood test for herpes.
