Pain after masturbation

hey my name is Mimi n i need help my boyfriend is 22 years old n he do masturbation but 5 times a month n every after masturbation he bear lots of pain just on the left side of his belly just below the rib cage n he even face urination problem he cant urinate easily after that he has too drink lots of water then he do n he even have pain in that n this pain continues for a week n when he drink warm milk or cold drinks he feel okay i know masturbation is a natural thing n a very pleasurable ... but why he bears lots of pain he even went to c doctor n dr. was amaze that he dont masturbate alot n y he bears lots of pain...? he just started masturbation after 20 yrs n now he is 22 yrs old n he evn get creamy discharge some times after masturbation n some times transparent plz help me out so i can guide him i read lot about all this problems but i m not getting his problem ....help me

  • I guess is that he is irritating his urethra, either with direct physical trauma by vigorous masturbation; or that he is getting chemical irritation, perhaps due to whatever you might use for lubrication. In particular, if even the slightest amount of soap gets into the urethra, it would cause exactly the symptoms that describe. He could try masturbating with a condom, preventing any contamination of the urethra (but not a lubricated condom with the spermicide nonoxynol-9, which can cause the same symptoms!). If he still have the problem, it's probably just physical irritation, and he can learn to go easy.
