I have had the same issue for as long as I can remember. I have never been able to sweat. When i exercise or am physically active I turn bright red, and end up with an excruciating migraine!
I have spoken to a few physicians and they all say the same thing...."really? thats dangerous. be careful when u exercise." They never offer any sort of advice or reason as to why I don't sweat.
This is become a huge issue for me because I cannot exercise because of how i feel afterward. Its like my day is over...i can't do anything because I get so ill. I am gaining weight (steadily over time) and wish I could exercise to help lose the weight.
If anyone can give me some advice or direct me what type of specialist I should see, i would greatly appreciate it!
Thanks in advance
