Over Two Weeks

For a little over two weeks I've been experiencing brief bouts of nausea, but over time the frequency has been increasing, especially after any sort of physical movement. It usually gets better if I stop or lie down for a moment though I feel like my intestines are contracting and relaxing when I do this. Also, I experience the urge to burp pretty regularly when this is happening and that helps a little. At first I thought this was stress, but I have no idea what I am dealing with and like so many of us my insurance isn't exactly stellar.
