Hi my mother's lumob-sacral spine radiologist diagonosis is as follows-
- Shows bilateral sacralization with straightening of lumbar lordosis & scoliosis of the lumbar spine
- Osteoporosis & immoderatley advanced osteoarthritic changes are seen
- the disc space between L3&4 & L4&5 are reduced
- Both SI joints are clear
- Calcification is seen in the walls of the abdominal aorta.

Is my mother's complete cure possible? If not then what is the best treatment available. Please take into account that she is 65 years old. Request anyone and everyone to give the best possible advice
