I am 48 years old, with 6 years of heart attack and angioplasty since last year. Right Artery full and stent in left-LAD.

Since long past, during winters only, more when I am afflicted with cold, I have breathing problems. I have to yawn to get a full breath. Many a times, yawn does not give a full breath and hence I have to repeat yawning to get a full breath. I feel satisfied only after a full breath but within 5-7 minutes, I again need to yawn.

With hot water bag on my chest, I feel bit relaxed and can sleep. But without hot water bag, can not sleep flat nad have to sit/stand up till I get a full breath through yawn.

Any medication?

I would be highly obliged if can get a clue to cure this.
