I've been searching for clarification on a circulatory problem, and I'm leaning toward this avenue to explore. I have heat intolerance, cold hands and feet, but light clamminess on the hands. When I sit in a recliner and recline I have a strange feeling (splanchnic) mainly on the torso and arms, followed by a heat flush, after it passes, and I later put the recliner in an upright position it will also happen.
When I go to bed, when I first lay down, I get a heat flush, later once I'm warm, I get that same type feeling and heat flush whenever I change positions during sleep.
I have had some help with previous antidepressants and ribose and recently adding sage has helped with warming my hands and feet, but I am looking for the cause, before going back on antidepressants, that are treating depression, but I think masking another factor. Mindmender
