My mum was diagnosed with tongue cancer and was taking levothyroxine before. She went through an operation to remove 2/3 of the tongue and replaced with flab from the left hand. I am seeking views whether she can continue taking the medicine. The problem is she get swelling around her neck everyday. Whether stopping the medicine will improve the situation.
