Hello everyone please help

I have lost 100% vision in my eye due to Optic neuritis and it has been 4 weeks already and there is no change. I had 1g per day of IV steroid and prednisone for 3 weeks after that.
No signs of MS , Tumors , clean lumbar puncture results , Blood test normal , MRI of brain and orbit normal. Can you please help me to diagnose and treat my problem ?

  • It seems to me that you already have a diagnosis. Sometimes it needs weeks or 1 month to regain normal vision. It is very important that the MRI scan was without findings.
