So almost two years ago I went to the orthopedic because of knee pain while running xc for school. I was diagnosed with hamstring tendinitis but nothing helped and the pain got worse. So I kept going back and we could not find what was wrong i did Pt for a month with pain patches nothing helped MRI showed nothing other than a little wear and tear on my joint (I am very rough on my knees so) then he dis a cortisone injection and that did not help. I got a second opinion because doctor wanted too. Then a year later he did arthroscopic surgery and found that my plicca was swollen around my hamstring tendon and under my knee cap. So he removed it and after i did PT and was feeling better. Then slowly pain started coming back but not the same pain more like joint pain to muscle pain. So when after I walk or try to run or am just up and about my knee hurts and usually it's constants. Any answerReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
