My boyfriend got into a fight 2 days ago and today I noticed that his right pupil doesn't respond to light. I'm not sure if he has a concussion or not. He doesn't have any other symptoms (i.e. dizziness, blurred vision, confusion, etc...). I can't find any answers online and I've even called a nurse hotline. Can anyone help?

  • He definitely should get checked out ASAP, especially since it might be related to trauma! I don't know much about this, but from the little I read, it could be serious such as a blood clot in the brain

  • I don't know why that nurse couldn't look up non-reactive pupil due to trauma like I did. Is it dilated on pin-point closed. Anyway, go to the ER or get in to see a doc TODAY. Yes, it is probably due to trauma.
