Normally I wash my hair every other day because if I don't then my scalp and hair gets oily all the while having tons of dandruff. Then when I wash it afterwards I lose a ton of hair and I towel dry it. Later on, I have some clumps of dandruff. And by the next day I have more and then my hair gets itchy. I don't sweat much. But I just had allergies one week ago and my scalp felt itchy and dry. In between washings my hair is normal but a little dry. I use spray on conditioner because if I use a conditioner while showering it dries out my hair. I thought it was an iron deficiency and I began to take a low dosage of iron but after a month my hair still fell in clumps while showering but not when dry. I use lukewarm water. Could the oily/dry/itchy/dandruff be caused by an allergy/hard water/vitamin deficiency/hard shampoos?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
