i am 39 year old woman, my body swells at night (oedema) and comes back to normal during the course of the day. what could be the reason?

  • I would guess obstruction of the lymph nodes. Tell your doc. I also heard that if you use a mini-trampoline, you can get rid of swelling that way. Maybe. Lymphatic massage can help if you've had therapy for cancer.

  • When you say your body swells, what do you mean? Is it your legs, hands, feet, etc.? Are you on any medication?
