Odd Symptoms That Cannot be Identified

So.. uhm, for the past 3 days now I've felt pretty light-headed, dizzy and my vision has been a big foggy, plus I've felt really fatigued and sleepy. Before that began, I had been suffering from frequent panic attacks, constipation and a tear down... there (Which has been there off and on for a year) that has resulted in bleeding when having a bowel movement. (A drop or two of blood each time with about 1 - 2 bowel movements per day when not heavily constipated)

I'm not sure what has brought on the light-headed, dizzy and foggy vision symptoms but it's scaring me and I can't pin-point exactly what it could be. Any thoughts? Is it just brought on by my constant fear and worrying? ALSO in the past month, without docter supervision I had slowly worked myself off of my depression medication, taking a little less over the period of two weeks.

  • I recommend following up with a GI doctor, you may have internal bleeding which eventually leads to anemia (same signs/symptoms that you are describing). Internal bleeding can easily be diagnosed with an occult fecal blood test. As for the antidepressant it does need to be weaned off but I definitely recommend consulting with your physician
