primigravida delivered pervaginally in 5 hrs(previous all antepartum investigations normal) had P.P.H .Traumatic cause excluded.No predisposing factor for atonicity of uterus was present ,out of all investigations only WIDAL test was positive. P.T. was increased with I.N.R 2.41 managed with blood and fresh frozen plasma , uterine packing and antibiotics. patient recovered but cause for D.I.C was not clear. patient did not have any fever for WIDAL to be positive.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
