i keep on going to my dr. I don't have pain, but once i start walking i would say after a couple of minutes the side of my leg will start going numb. If i continue to walk/stand up soon i won't be able to feel anything around my quad/ham. Dr. doesn't seem to think nothings wrong. However i beg to differ, can someone help me?

  • I get that sometimes, it usually stays on the side of the leg though, but once and awhile it will feel like some of the quad/ham goes numb.I think it's tight IT bands. There are stretches, you can work it out with a firm foam cylinder designed for the purpose, or see a masseuse/physical therapist. Just my two cents.

  • You may want to try a chiropractor. If it happens when you stand for a while or while you're walking you could be putting pressure on you syatic nerve. A good adjustment might fix the problem.
