For a few years now I have been having varying complaints which are getting worse as time goes on. and he It started 3 years ago with these on and off sensations of me feeling like I was going to pass out. I got a weird sensation in my chest, got sweaty and then after felt like I ran a marathon. Got an EKG , CT head labs all came back negative. Then it progressed after I was walking a mini marathon, I got this excessive dizziness sensation and the feeling I need to sit down or I was going to pass out. Since that time I have had an on again off again low grade headache. MRI negative at that time. Now I started having these symptoms of a numbness to the left side of my face under my eye and it started over time moving down to cheek , and then a numbness started in my left pointer finger and thumb, now the sensation is moving into my right face and right thumb and forefinger. also having blurry vision at times on and off.
Second MRI in Januray again negative, lyme negative, heavy metal negative, b-12 normal. Nothing showing up, Any thoughts??
