a couple of months ago i noticed that the side of my leg would start going numb when i either was standing up too long or walking a lot. Now, i have a terrible pain at the top of my leg (groin/hip) when i sit for too long. MY movement of my leg is very minimal and when i do try and bare weight it hurts! It's like it's stuck. I can only describe it as like what trigger finger did to my fingers. My leg is locked! Now im affraid to go to the doctors, i was wondering if you could tell me what it is?

  • Sounds to me like it might be a problem with the sciatic nerve or your lower back. Not sure why you are worried about going to see the doctor about it though - you should as it must get checked.
