Good day like many of you I am having difficulty finding a diagnosis.
I wake up in the middle of the night. recently more than usual once each days or second day I wake up in a shock as it feel as though I temporarily lost the ability to breath, I then get up.(This wakes me up originally)
Once I am up My whole body feels like it fell alssep arms legs chest especially scalp and tongue. Then I get the burning sensation as the whole things starts to "thaw". I then cannot resume sleep and must stay up from 2 to 3 hours before it is gone enough that I can attempt sleep again. I am very desperate as doctors blame is on stress and anxiety, which is nonsense since it only happens to me during sleep. They do not take this seriously and I fear for what culd result from this.
