hi there. im all new here and just read my way through alot of pages to find some clues about my situation and got scared the more i was reading.
i read facts about all different situations i feel to have, so i will just list and comment them below:

two month ago i was working on a project which included lots of standing and walking in uncomfy shoes, thats when footache came. that left, but both my big toes still have a numb spot, even after numerous foot baths & massages, up to today.

a few days back i started feeling pins and needles in my knees, not too tough but its there. here intensity makes no difference whether i rest a day or have a busy day including running around and bike riding.
together with the knees i felt a pain in my neck, like i overbent it or exercised too much, but that could maybe gone after a decent massage.

then i have sometimes a lower lid eye twitch, right one, but that only happens after several cups of coffee and then just occasionally and since i get my first cup after getting up that could be the thing.

do these facts make sense for you for a male 23 with 150 pounds at 6 foot? eating is irregular but always mixed, rarely fast food, salads, meat, juice and dairy products. i exercise 2-3 times a week, but i also smoke 10-15 cigarettes a day, when i go out some more but the kicker could be that i recently have been a heavy drinker. lots of going out or hanging around with friends several times a week always with lots of beer and/or liquer.

i am going to see my doctor this week about this, but i wanted to get some other opinions about the above from other guys first. thanks for reading all that, your suggestion or comment is very welcome!

  • guys, could that only be referring to that excessive drinking spree that lasted for about 6 weeks? coz the numbness in my toes was right after that work project as a waiter for 2 weeks with partially 15 hours of work per day with very small resting breaks.... all my collegues had pain in their feet, but after these 2 weeks when everything calmed down the numbness remained... without any mentionable amounts of alcohol... occasional good night beer, most of the days none... so could there be a medical issue be involved ?

  • Snoopy83,Sounds like you overstrained your back, causing some possible nerve impingement?...please try visiting a good chiropractor or acupuncturist to help you with this. Ask your friends for referrals, or check the yellow pages. Acupuncture and/or chiropractic would be the best choice of treatment for this IMO. Best wishesDOM
