My wife reported numb thigh skin surface and perhaps she noticed it in the last 12 hours. She is 50, a mother of three children, having low blood pressure, and also suffers from frozen solder joint of right arm. This numbness is also in same side of thigh. She reported no pain and is working normally and only worried about this new observation. There is no visible local symptoms and no color change and no swelling and no injury.

I will like to know from a Physician if this can be further investigated. I am going to take her to local Physician to see if I can get more information. I can be contacted sst (at) sensorstechnology.com by any physician who wishes to advice. Thanks in advance.

Thanks in advance.I also am a female, early 50s, and just began to notice a numbness in my right thigh, same side I had frozen shoulder syndrome for almost a year (now is much better). How strange! I think I can trace the numbness back to a recent 2 hour car trip, where my leg was in the same position for a long time. This has happened before, but always went away once I was out of the car. Has your wife experienced anything similar? Mine gets worse as the day wears on. I would appreciate it if you would post what your wife finds out. I will do likewise. Thank you (sdfaganbrk@aol.com is my email)

Thanks in advance.Something like that has begun on my outer left thigh. the numb spot is about the size of a football, give or take an inch. no pain, no discoloration. just numb! it's been going on for a couple weeks now. i'm stumped. I can still function and everything. i work in a hospital and i need to be able to get around easily, but it hasn't effected my life at all. i'm 23 and confused as to what it could be. just numb all day and all night, whatever i do. i can smack the skin, i won't feel it, but if i pinch or poke it with a needle i'll feel it :p other than that, nothin.i'm not registered on here, so i'm not sure how to start a new message. so this'll probably look like a reply.anyway, i have an appointment with my doctor in a few weeks, hopefully she can shed some light on it. good luck ya'll.

  • I'm a male 63. Also with numbness on the top surface of my right thigh. I had a DR. Appt. scheduled for another reason prior to the symptom. The Appt. is today. I will re-post after consultation.
