I have been experienceing an extreme burning pain in the area of my nipples when I take off my bra, run, hug, or lay on my stomach (thus putting pressure on the nipples).
There has not been any discharge, I am NOT pregnant, I am 59 years old, and rough sex is not a possibility. There has not been any injury, recent or otherwise.
21 years ago, I nursed 3 kids but have not had any issues in the interum.
My last mammogram was in Aug of last year and it was 'clean' with only some minor calcium deposits.
There is no superficial rash, no palpable lumps, no sores or cracking, and no heat from that area. I do not have a fever.
The right bothers me more than the left but both are affected.
I used to sleep bra-less at night but now I wear a light sports bra so I can sleep.
My mother is a breast cancer survivor of 5 years and she is now 84.
My maternal Grandmother and Great Aunt died of lung and uterian cancer when they were in their 80's.
I am very concerned about what the cause of this is but am unable to pin my symptoms to a possible diagonosis.
