About 4 years ago i was playing volleyball. After i was done my leg got so tight i could barely bend it. It used to be on and off thing, but everytime i play now my leg is very weak and the next day tightens up to the point that it hurts to push on it. It takes alomst a week for it to go away after i play and it doesn't seem to be getting better. I'm not sure what it is and if i should get an X-Ray for this.
