Knuckle swelling with pain, & becoming bigger & more pain over years. Then other fingers followed. No diagnosis. Please help.

This has happened to my wife.

Two Thai Medical doctors checked her fingers, and blood. The result indicated that it is nothing to do with gout or rheumatoid arthritis.

My wife is allergic to too many things.
She does not comlain this to others except me, and spends most of her time to work.

She agreeds to go to hospital to have it checked, but not know which to go as I think it is a rare case, and we already went to two good hospitals.

Can someone help us, please.

Regards,
Komson
