I have been at the beach recently and I never get nose bleeds but have gotten about 4-5 that are kind of heavy. Could it be because of the harsh winds that blow sand around or the salt water?

  • Dry weather or a change in elevation can cause random, heavy bleeds. If this is not a reoccurring problem, hen I wouldn't worry about it. If it does happen often, you can fix that with a nose cauterization. It's not bad, I had to do one myself and I haven't had a nose bled since.
