Non-raised Red Blotches on hands, arms, knees, elbows

I woke up yesterday morning with my hands itching, later red spots appeared. then appeared on arms, knees, elbows, and chest,... my palms are also very sensitive and tend to itch. i have a sore throat and just an overall sick feeling. I am also HIV positive, can anybody help?
