I am a 24 year old female college student, I work out on a regular basis and I have been having a strange sharp pain underneath of my left breast for about a week or two that felt like I was being stabbed in the ribs/lungs. Then all of a sudden Monday evening I felt like I was getting a cold, sore throat and real congested. I woke up the next morning feeling horrible, my breathing was stressed and my boyfriend noticed that my lips were bluish. I went to the doctor on Tuesday they gave me two EKGs this first had a strange jump and the second appeared fine. They also took blood and chest xrays. My O2 stat was 92 when I arrived and they would not let me leave until it was 95. My pulse rate was also elevated. Today I went back and they said they need a third person to look at my chest xrays and that my white blood cell count was normal so it is not in my blood. They gave me another shot of steroids and antibiotics as well as an inhaler.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
