i have occasional rapid heart beat, with chest pain, dizziness and loss of vision. I am very tired afterward, even though the episodes only last a few seconds. i m pretty sure its tachycardia, but every time they hook me up, my sinus rythym is normal. any idead? exercise does not stress my heart rate, nor does anxiety, or even athsma attacks. the heart problems come irregularly, and without warning.

  • Ask your doctor about a Holter monitor. You wear it for a full 24 hours and it records everything that happens with your heart. If hooking you up occasionally didn't catch the problem, maybe this will.
