I am a 38 year old male who has been expierencing pain throughout the entire body since my early 20's taken ibuprofen for years, it started to get progressively worse over the last three. I have stiffness and pain, headaches, joint pain extreme dry mouth, my teeth are falling apart literally., mouth sores, twitching in fingers and thumb. I am currently on prednisone and plaquenil which seemed to have been helping but as of late doesn't feel like it is anymore. facial muslces are tired and i have a hard time chewing or smileing cause my face just hurts. my rheum doesn't know what to think he says all my blood levels are normal, brain scan normal, bone scan is also normal. I have a lot of symptoms to alot of things but no one concrete diagnosis for I do not fit one specific problem.

anyone please help I would appreciate it

  • Sounds like this started in the face/jaw area? Have you ever been checked for TMJ or trigeminal neuralgia? I also noticed you said pain throughtout your entire body can you explain in further detail all your symptoms?
