I have recently began to get a sore tongue, like a nippy sensation also I have noticed little bumps at the back of my tounge. I don't know how else to describe them. My tounge is also discolured at places with white and yellow patches. Any ideas?

  • sounds like oral thrush, caused by candida. This can be caused when antibiotics have killed off the good bacteria in your system. It can usually be cleared up by taking an acidophilus supplement, which you can get a your local natural food store. Also, when taking the acidophilus, the problem will clear up sooner if you avoid all sugar and eat a high fiber diet. If this doesn't work your doctor can prescribe an anti fungal medication. Good Luck

  • when you get a good quality probiotic supplement, get in capsule form and break it open onto the tonque. this will work wonders and give fast relief.
