Due to recent eye loss in my right eye and severe neuropathy in legs and abdomen I was tested positive for neurosyphilis. I underwent hospitalzation and treated for 12 days via IV. I now test negative for neurosyphilis but am still having:
Right Eye: No change in vision, legally blind
Neuropathy is still extreme with pain
lossing sense of spell and taste (more weird smells and everything taste weird and icky.
My questions that my doctor is not able to awnser or does not know at this time are:
Will these conditions be permanent?
Will I have additional problems from nerosyphilis in future?
