nerves maybe? help please

i used a blood pressure check on my left arm yesterday and everything was good bp/pulse. after i was done i felt tingly then got naucious. i have had this prickly/ tingly feeling from my arm pit down all the way down through my left hand for about 12 hours now. after i used the bpc i have been very worried and feeling very jittery and cant stop thinking about what could happen.my heart is racing. i cant sleep and when i run my right finger down my left forearm/wrist to the hand area i get that tingly kinda nervy felling. can anyone give me some help/symptoms/advice/anything to help me with this?

  • You know, it's anxiety from not knowing what it is. See if a good chiropractor can help you. Acupuncture can help, too. If you are female, get a mammogram. You might want to get a stress test, too, and get your heart checked over to make sure it's not coming from there. It could just be a pinched nerve.

  • its been 2 days and i just woke up and im sweating and i have sharp chest pains on my left side. im 24/m and i have loss of strength and tighness in my left arm/shoulder/neck area. ive also noticed a disturbance in my lower left abdominal.my family keeps telling me its nerves or a strained muscle and to just not use my arm and hand and not to go the doctor until a week or 2 if it doesnt get better. please give me your thoughts/opinions?
