My father is 55 years old.


1)Chronic alcoholism.

2)Non smoker.

3)Hypertension (for last 5 years).4)Diabetes(for last 10 years).

5)Swelling in legs and eyes (for last 2 years).

6)Creatinine level is 2 or 3 in 2007.


1)Swelling in legs and eyes.

2)itching on all over body.

3)skin lesion on all over body.

Clinical diagnosis in July 2009:

Heamoglobin- 6gm

Creatinine level -8



1)2 units of blood were given.

2)4 times dialaysis were done.

3)Medicine prescribe by neprologist is given.

4)Diet is going according to doctor"s advise.

On 28 /07/09 again blood test was done to check the level or creatinine and it had came 9.

Please can you recommend what we do now,what is condition of patient.
