I am 38 years old and for as long as I can remember I have had issues with energy levels, feeling tired all the time, aches and pains, etc.
List of diagnosis I have been given over the years:
I think thats it!
I have had 3 inguinal hernia repairs and an apendectomy (all within a 5 year span) figured I would mention this.
I feel tired all the time and lack of energy. I dont feel depressed although when I go 40 - 50 hrs with no sleep or poor sleep I do feel anxious!
I can never sleep thru the night. I wake up a million time sa night. Have had 3 sleep studies and all revealed Chronic Obstructive Sleep Apnea. I was given a CPAP, then a BiPAP now on a CPAP again. None of them made a big difference, pressures are very high and make me feel like I am being inflated. No real change in symptoms.
Given synthroid for hashimotos and has not made a difference. I had my TSH levels checked and they seemed fine but I have actually gained some weight and still feel the same.
Usually I can't fall asleep till 4 - 5 am and then sleep all day long waking up tons of times and always feel just as tired. Usually with a headache and aches and pains all over.
I am so tired of feeling tired. It has cost me many jobs due to absences, tardiness and sometimes had to quit because of my symptoms and not being able to keep up. While working I would sometimes go two to three days with barely any sleep, worried that if I slept I wouldnt wake up on time so I stayed awake. As you can tell I am at my wits ends!
All the Dr's and Diagnosis have left me feeling the exact same! HELP!
