I've had a respitory problems in the past, so doctor's usually write it off as that. Also, I suffer from anxiety- so they usually write it off as that as well. They usually believe I'm over reacting.
But, I've had this problem for quite some time. I have a pain just below my armpit, that seems to be from my lungs. Just the left side of the left lung, usually. But from time to time I experience shooting pains from my throat to my pelvis. I also have reoccuring pains on the left side of my body that cause me to tighten my muscles, which seems like the only thing to help it. Whenever I breathe in, it feels as if I either have no feeling in the side of my lung, or that side feels as if it's taking in no air at all (although it must be, because I don't really feel a shortness of breath or anything of that sort).
In the past I was also diagnosed with an inflamation problem, something like arthritis, so I'm told. I was perscribed Vioxx about 3 years ago and took it for a half a year. Currently, I take citalopram for anxiety attacks when I need it.
