Need recommendations for a good doctor in my area

After "doctor hopping" (switching doctors) for several years and getting sick of having the same problem repeat, I'm looking here for help. What I need is some recommendations for good doctors that practice either family practice or internal medicine (a general practioner in other words).

First I'll explain my repeat problem :
I've been trying to find a good doctor I can stay with. When I say "good", I mean one who doesn't make medical mistakes of any type nor does his office staff.

Here's the ineptness I keep running into : I've had doctors, like the clinic I have now, who make repeated medical mistakes, whether it be a wrong diagnosis, wrong treatment, or no treatment at all. In one case, it was their office staff who prevented my care - they were lazy or inept, refusing to complete doctors referrals when they received them, refused to fax records as requested from other clinics, losing faxed records they received, etc. - I finally got so sick of having 98% of my care not completed (due to lack of referrals being completed), so I finally left because of this.

I need someone near me. I live in Denver Colorado so the doctor must be located in any of these cities in Colorado :
Denver, Englewood, Westminster, Aurora, Wheatridge, Lakewood, Federal Heights.

If you don't know of anyone, perhaps someone you know does have a good recommendation. Please let me know. I don't think this website allows private messaging nor will they allow anyone to post it here on this thread, so the only way to get this to me is to send it to me here :

j.williams3433gmail.com

DON'T include the in addressing it (this was put in to prevent a spambot from harvesting it).

Thanks for any help. I'm at wits end with this problem  which I'm sure everyone here can understand.

Hi Fishlettes, While I vacation in the Conifir area a lot of years I don't know of any docs there. The problem yoiu mention with the office is a common one. In the mean time what are your problems? Perhaps we can point you in a different direction other than a doctor.

  • When I say "good", I mean one who doesn't make medical mistakes of any type nor does his office staff. Well, I can see your problem from here. Either you live in a fantasy world, or you are a moron. The best advice anyone can give you is to tell you that you need to develop realistic expectations, and live in the real world.....

But, I'm sure I'd need a doctor someday for whatever reason, even if just for a routine exam, so I'm looking beforehand so I'll have it when I need it.Thanx for the reply.P.S. Freddd, should I say your name and make the "d" long as I say it, "Freddd", or should I say it just regular, "Fred"? Just kidding...haha.:o
