Good evening, my name is Matt, I'm a reasonably healthy 20 year old from England.

I really hate going to the Doctors and this is a massive downfall for me, I've usually just waited for any problems that continue to just go away, I have one that unfortunately hasn't done that.

I initially had a syst on the inside cheek of my bottom for a good 6 months or so, but then it moved north towards my cocsix. Upon doing so a hole 1 inch below my cocxcix (half an inch or so above my anus) which started weeping really random clear fluids.

Of late it's started to become irritant, and started bleeding more and more heavily, nothing too major, it's just noticable when I use the toilet and in my underwear at night.

Also on possibly something (un)related, for the past 2 years or so i've had shooting anul pains, I can't really describe them, just come and go unprovoked and without warning, a really sharp stabbing pain in my anus.

Now, you can imagine, being 20 and male this is nothing short of embarresing to talk about, and this is my first point of call for help so to speak. I realise that my next step will be to go and see a GP, but I want some realistic advise on what these symptoms might be.

Thank you in advance for you're comments.
