Ok so at the moment I am very scared and nervous. I am not sure what I may have, but I have a feeling it may be a fatal and debilitating disease. I am a 21 year Indo-Canadian male. I have been trying to diagnose myself through the internet. I know I should go visit a doctor, but my biggest fear would be being diagnosed and having to live with the fact that I may die very soon. Self diagnosis has been very difficult. My own diagnosis have ranged from Parkinsons, ALS, Huntington's disease, fibromyalgia, lyme disease and the list goes on. My symptoms include: stiffness in my back and neck, muscle twitches and tremors mostly in my left leg but I have experienced in different body parts as well. This same left leg experiences a shooting pain when I extend it (may have something to do with the spine). Furthermore, I have been grinding my teeth since I was about 9 years old. Its sort of like a compulsion where grinding leads to relief. This same grinding of the teeth is often accompanied with a compulsion to grind/move my hips/lower back and forth. Lately, I don't know if its just a part of my imagination or due to my anxiety, but I have also had trouble swallowing. Please help me out, I am really worried and I am hoping and praying to god that I don't have anything serious. I know you may not be a doctor, but I just need some reassurance. :(
